Getting Started with Price Book

Based on your answers, you can plan what you need to set up to achieve the results you want.

You may want to maintain your prices outside Sage 200, in which case you can import and export prices.

• Set up markup pricing.
• Set item prices for the Standard price band.
• If you intend to charge goods at different prices, create additional price bands.
• Set item prices for the price bands you have created.
• Link price bands to customers.

• Set up customer discount groups.
• To discount individual items:
• Create the discount for the item.
• Link the discount with the customer discount group.
• To discount a group of goods:
• Create the discount for the product group.
• Link the discount with the customer discount group.
• To discount orders by value:
• Create the order value discount bands.
• Link these with a customer discount group.
